AUTHENTIC NHL JERSEYS
Yes, all our NHL jerseys and customization methods are 100% authentic and officially licensed by the NHL, Fanatics & Adidas.
You can customize any jersey with any name and number. Please note that CoolHockey reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive or represents an inappropriate phrase or meaning.
We use only the highest quality materials that match those used by NHL teams on the ice for customization.
Since all of our jerseys start off as blanks, it can take anywhere from 10-28 business days to ship out your order depending on a few factors such as customization style and jersey type. We do not carry any pre-customized jerseys unless otherwise stated in the product name and/or description.
We currently do not offer any women’s cut sizes. All Fanatics Premium & Adidas Primegreen jerseys are considered ‘Unisex’ styles
Yes, however our selection is currently limited to certain sizes and styles.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Blank jerseys or jerseys customized with NHL player names can be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Returns or exchanges that are NOT due to CoolHockey error or fault will be responsible for associated shipping costs to send your jersey back to CoolHockey.
Customized jerseys with personal names (Non Current NHL Players) are not eligible for refunds, except in cases where CoolHockey is at fault (damaged during shipping, spelling error, patch placement error ETC).
Due to the custom nature of our jerseys, we will only be able to alter the details of your order before the jersey enters the production process.
If your jersey has already begun the production process we will not be able to alter the details of your customization or size (I.E. Change from Nylander to Matthews).
No! All orders placed within Canada on coolhockey.ca will be customized and fulfilled in our production facility in Toronto.
We have temporarily suspended International shipping at this time. Stay tuned for more information.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Each CoolHockey order will have an attached ‘Estimated Ship Date’ which can be found on your confirmation email. This represents the date that the order is expected to leave our production facility.

We currently do not have a way for customers to track their order through the production process, please refer to your Estimated Shipping Date on your confirmation email for expected order delivery.

We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
We DO NOT accept the use of Mastercard or VISA Gift Cards.
You can also pay with Klarna to take advantage of a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ model.

Each Mystery Box comes with one randomly selected customized NHL jersey from one of 32 NHL teams. The jersey can be customized or blank - Check specific promotional details for more information.
Can Customers pick their size? YES
Can customers choose the team of their jersey? NO
Mystery Boxes are restocked every 3-4 months, generally in line with a promotional time of the year.
